We always have a thought in our mind that is How I'll plan for my goals,my future? How I'll achieve what I want ? Don't worry these questions are common and comes up in everybody's mind. So I m here to clear up all the doubts rolling up in your mind . Everything starts from the time since you are a kid or an adolescent because the habits learned during this phase remains forever . Ohh gosh am I depressed ?? A question of many teenagers . Yes you can be or may be not . But what if you are ? Come on let's have a quick check : 1. Do you feel chocking sometimes ? 2. Not in a mood to talk to go out to attend any ceremony or any party ? 3. Feel anxious when crowded ?   If not , then well it's perfect .
