Say bye bye to depression

Ohh gosh am I depressed ?? A question of many teenagers . Yes you can be or may be not . But what if you are ? Come on let's have a quick check :

1. Do you feel chocking sometimes ?
2. Not in a mood to talk to go out to attend any ceremony or any party ?
3. Feel anxious when crowded ?
 
If not , then well it's perfect . But what if yes ?  Many times we are depressed, but we are not properly aware about it . Now what , what to do ? What if it reached to severe level just because of ignorance ?  In case of supporting these depressed people this society makes fun of them . We all have heard this from our elder that " You were worthy , you are worthy and you will always be worthy . First of all there is always a reason behind depression - it could be due to peer pressure , study pressure,  a bad behavior of someone toward you , can also be due to loss of some special person , etc .
Here are ways to cope up from depression, no pills , no doctor just some simple steps . In every content you will find tips like -  meditation, yoga , following your hobby , reading books, but don't you think one most important point is missing ? Self-love , Yes Yes , self-love , mediation, yoga , reading these all do work but first of all you need to find what you actually want to do , what makes you happy and calm . It can be anything listening to music , painting , cloth designing , etc ,. Don't worry what people will think about you if they come to know you are depressed might happen that they'll make fun of you instead of helping you , will try to demoralise , demotivate you but don't listen to them it's your life your calls . Never take a wrong decision in depression believe in yourself , you are here in this world for a reason  find out the reason and hit the stage of life .
