How should I plan for my goals ?
We always have a thought in our mind that is How I'll plan for my goals,my future? How I'll achieve what I want ? Don't worry these questions are common and comes up in everybody's mind. So I m here to clear up all the doubts rolling up in your mind . Everything starts from the time since you are a kid or an adolescent because the habits learned during this phase remains forever . Here I m using very simple vocabulary which is easy to understand by kids , adolescents and adults too .
There are always three important MANTRAS which will help you alot :
1. Never be confused , be straight forward .
2. Time management
3. Give time to your brain to relax.
Time management is the thing everyone talks about but what if you are confused or not clear what is actually on your mind . First of all , throw out all the confusion from your mind and make it sure about your goals . Now comes time management - managing up your time is one of the golden mantra . If you are good at time management everything is in your hands , everything is alright. Apart from all these things - your body or specially say your brain needs rest , running behind the goals people forget to take care of there health or say themselves. Indulging yourself 24*7 into studies or any other intrest may make you fall sick .
Some coffee break, tea break , cartoon breaks , etc , should always be considered.
Now I m about to tell you one secret mantra which is know by a lot of people but never used i.e Japanese nap . Do you know Japanese students are allowed to take a 10-30 minutes nap in schools between there study lectures . Well you can try this at home. You must try this technique because a 10 minute nap after studying helps your brain to restore the stuff you have studied.
